Any time after the 10 day confirmed Priority Mail tracking shows you received your order there will be no guarantee.
Any order that is received damaged will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us within 4 days of confirmed Priority Mail receipt of your order of any damaged order. You will need to send back any damaged item(s) and we will also reimburse your return shipping.
